this will make your face flushed. back dripping with sweat. basically kick your b--- and make you feel the burn. afterwards cool down with light cardio about 10 minute with stretching:) fat burning treadmill
The constant change of pace keeps me from getting bored & works great for getting back into running. The first time I did 15 min, time 20 min, etc,. Can work for anyone - just may need to adjust speeds & time.
