My meatloaf recipe. I add worchestire sauce, garlic and onion powder to the mixture and the mustard and brown sugar to the meat along with 2 - 3 tablespoons of tomato paste. Don't measure the ketchup, just pour it over the top once it is in the loaf pan.

Low Carb Salmon patties  , 1 can of Salmon , 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.. 3 chopped scallions,   Garlic powder , onion powder,  Black pepper , 2 eggs ...  Fry in butter . These salmon patties taste better and and are low Carb because you don't use Crackers or Flour !!  (The Cheese and the Eggs help to hold patties together )Form  in Patties and place in frying butter..... don't turn until completely crispy ....it will be stronger once they fry on the other side .... Drain on paper towels…
