Love this! Everything in it is absolutely true if you really want to lose weight and live healthy! It's a lifestyle change that you need to stick to for a few months to see the difference and make the adjustments. Eventually, you can "treat" yourself by staying up late and indulging in a diet soda, LOL! Stick to it and stay on it, doggone it! :)
