Anti Christ (Lars Von Trier é doido, néam? O.o)
Antichrist (2009), written and directed by Lars von Trier as part of the first film in his "Depression Trilogy". Quite a disturbing and gory film from what I've seen of it, though the beginning scene is very beautiful (albeit with a tragic ending). #antichrist #2009 #lars #von #trier #depression #trilogy #horror #film #poster
Anti Christ Movie Poster
Antichrist--2009, Lars Von Trier. From its reputation I was so ready for this to be shocking and immoral. Shocking--yes, but I give LVT credit for creating a horror film in his style, full of madness and realism. Just the same, don't watch it unless you're ready to go all the way in.
This one's for the movie connoisseurs.... watch this movie for its play-like treatment
Lars Von Trier... wait, he does suck, but i enjoy his movies....
Melancholia. Movie. Does something that no other movie has done (for me) before. It hits on a really deep and primal fear, without being a strict "horror" movie. Haunting.
Melancholia - Lars von Trier
My all time favourite. One to watch for a good cry/sobbing session. So powerful.
Melancholia (2011), Lars von Trier.
"The Road" is a post-apocalyptic tale of a man and his son trying to survive by any means possible. It is excellent!
Melancholia - Aptly named, beautifully filmed and crafted...the earth quietly meets it's end, however, this is not solely a doomsday movie, but rather a portrayal of the relationship of two sisters, one suffering from depression.
A listless and alienated teenager decides to help his new friend win the class presidency in their small western high school, while he must deal with his bizarre family life back home.
Movie: Dancer in the Dark, Lars Von Trier
"Dancer in the Dark" by Lars von Trier - 2000
Although it isn't as great as the others, this movie really speaks to me, it's a great other worldly sci-fi experience that really highlights the dangers of prejudice.
