I love pesto of all kinds for pasta, as a dressing for veg, mixed with more oil and a bit of vinegar as a salad dressing. This kale pesto looks great and I'll give it a try after my next visit to the farmers' market.
Avocado and Lime Chilled Pasta. 1 dry shell pasta or short pasta of your choice 1 ripe avocado handful of cilantro, roughly chopped 1 lime juice mayonnaise garlic paste salt & pepper chopped cilantro and/or jalapeno for garnish
One of our favorite Spring/Summer dishes: Seashell pasta salad with basil, tomatoes, mozzarella, and garlic. Super simple and delicious. Made with gluten free pasta of course. I find quinoa pasta to be the best :)
