  • 1 half pint Raspberries
  • 1 Egg, large
  • 1 Egg yolk, large
Baking & Spices
  • 1 9/16 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar, packed light
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 7/8 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Pinch Nutmeg, grated
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1/3 cup Hazelnuts
  • 3 4 cup unsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks), unsalted
