Venison Leg Roast - Used garlic slivers, rather than whole cloves. Added rub. Refrigerated 2+ hours. Cooked at (convection) 325 for 1 hr. 10 mins. Removed foil. Cooked at 425 (regular) for 15 minutes. Removed meat, wrapped in tin foil and rested in open oven for 15 minutes. Served with smashed root veggies.
