Loaded Mashed Potatoes Bake @350 6 cups mashed potatoes 1/2 cup milk 1 cup sour cream 2 tsp parsley 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 lb bacon crumbled.  Mix first 5 in mixer until creamy, spoon in greased 9 x 13 top with cheese & bacon. Cover w/foil for 30 min.

2 eggs, beaten  1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn, do not drain  1 (14 ounce) can cream-style corn  1/4 cup margarine, melted  1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix  Directions:    1  Mix first 3 ingredients together.  2  Add: margarine and Jiffy corn bread mix, Pour into well greased 8x8 casserole dish.  3  Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray pan. Layer taco filling then cheese. Continue layers. Bake 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes. by melissagarsia

Great Mexican side dish!  1 cup uncooked long grain white rice  1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth  1 cup sour cream  1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers  2 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese, divided  1 1/2 cups frozen corn  1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro  salt and ground black pepper to taste
