200 gr bloem, 3 gr baking soda, 4 gr bakpoeder, 3 El. Egg-Replacer, 220g suiker, snufje zout, 40 gr. plantaardige boter, 1 tl citroenrasp, sap van 2 citroenen, 130 ml appelmoes, 140 gr. poedersuiker, 3 El water, sap 1/2 citroen. Bereiding: Verwarm oven voor op 180 C. Mix de suiker en boter luchtig. Voeg de Egg-replacer + citroensap + citroenrasp + appelmoes toe. Voeg bloem, bakpoeder, baking soda en zout toe en meng tot glad beslag. Giet het beslag in de cake vorm (23 cm). Bak 45 min.
