Morning stretch. Stretching is so important, it gets your circulatory and lymphatic systems pumping. A great way to relieve any muscle you slept on wrong. Drink a cold glass of water afterwards to really get that metabolism going. The most important muscles to stretch are the two in the corners of your mouth. Don't forget to smile, and have a GREAT, HEALTHY DAY! You can do it!
This is perfect for a Mom. It took me about 10 mins to complete one circuit. I did one cicuit...ran one mile on my treadmill....then did another circuit. Perfect 30 min workout! Best part is that if I can only squeeze in one circuit in the morning I still got a little workout!
