Choco Quark Oatmeal Balls! Recipe: in a saucepan on medium heat. melt together 2 tbsp coconut oil, 4 tbsp coffee. In a bowl mix together {stevia, 2 tbsp cacao, 4 tbsp chocolate whey, 4 tbsp quark and the warm coffee mixture.} Add 1.5 cups rolled oats. Take a small amount of the mixture and roll into a ball, then roll through shredded coconut. Yields 20 balls.
