    For the birds: toilet paper tube, peanut butter, roll it in birdseed and slip it over a branch. Kids would enjoy this project.

    Save all your crochet scrap odds and ends and chopped them up and put in a bird feeder for the birds to take for their nests. How pretty does that look!  They'll have the cosiest nests in the neighbourhood :)
