Greek Holiday Cookies Recipe - OH GREEK cookies you take me back. I miss the Greek Girls in Peoria making them for us!

Koulourakia Paskalina = KOYΛΟΥΡΑΚΙΑ ΠΑΣΧΑΛΙΝΑ = Greek Easter Cookies, Fantastic with Home-Baked Love

GF, PALEO, GREEK COOKIES WITH ORANGE AND OLIVE OIL 1 cup sugar sub (for baking) 1 cup olive oil 1 cup squeezed orange juice 1tbsp cinammon (ground) 1tsp gloves (ground) 1 tsp soda (diluted in the orange juice) 1/2 cup cognac (or 1/2 cup orange juice and 2 tbsp cognac extract) zest from the 3 oranges vanila extract 6-7 cups almond flour Mix all ingredients and make a medium soft dough. Shape dough into cookies and bake on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper @ 350 x 15-20 mins.

    These were delicious and easy to make, however there was an awful lot of butter! Next time I may use a cream cheese frosting instead and a little less filling....with that said, my husband and boys loved them!!

    I think 1 Tbsp yeast is too much for the amount of flour, what about 1 tsp?
