Circuit workout. I do this after I send Matt off to work every morning...with the push ups. I do sets of 10 then rest for 30 seconds then do another sent of 10 and so on...the 40 push ups seem a little intimidating (okie a lota) but if you do them in sets it's not as bad.the last set is KILLER though ;) As time goes on and you stick to this I promise you will do the 40 push ups all at once. I didn't think I could, then one day I pushed myself to just to them and I did. ( my arms were jello for a few days but worth it to know I did it)
