Low-Fat Granola Bars 3 1/2 cps old-fashioned oats 3/4 cp pecans, roughly chopped 3 large ripe bananas, mashed 2/3 cp unsweetened applesauce 3/4 cp cranberries 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 2 tbsp ground flax seed 1/2 tsp salt Preheat oven 350 F. Line 9x13 baking sheet with parchment, 1in. overlapping the sides. Lightly toast oats & pecans on baking sheet. Mix bananas & applesauce. Mix rest of ingredients. Combine both. Bake until golden brown (30min). Let cool. Cut (15 bars).
