Eat your fruit! This is one of those lifestyle changes that I made. On any given day I consume 6 to 10 pieces of fruit. There are some that will eat 30 bananas a day. That may not be for me right now. In fact I haven't ever thought that was "healthy". To me a moderation of food intake is the best policy.
How much do you really know about the calorie? Do you know how to determine your daily calorie intake? How many calories are in a gram of fat? Too man
The clear skin diet: so true! when i drink more water, eat more foods with protein/fats and less sugars to fill me up -my skin gets better.
