Preparation 1. Prepare pesto. 2. In heated pan pour oil and cook shrimp for 1.5 minutes on each side (large shrimp) or 1 minute is you are using smaller shrimps. 3. While frying shrimp, sprinkle them with sea salt and add the sliced garlic. 4. Spread pesto on toast, place shrimp and sliced garlic. You can add some pine nuts as garnish. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper

Pesto Bread - my take included leftover pesto from a jar & a tube of pillsbury simple french bread loaf. unroll loaf, spread pesto. cut into 8 equal sections. grease pan and place in like a cinnamon bun. bake per instructions. brushed w/butter when i pulled them out of the oven. DELISH!
