Eat to Live - I HATE that he has Dr. Fuhrman’s VegiZest listed as an ingredient. It's as bad as other recipes calling for a brand name product in order promote their company and turn profits. To describe the current food industry as something that is completely backwards, for profit, and against our health and then turn around and make a brand of spices or whatever this is (from which he stands to profit)...it's hypocrisy. Nonetheless, I want to try some of these recipes. :-/
