~ rainbow chicken ~ lots of fresh vegetables (peppers, carrots, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes), layered with spice rubbed boneless chicken ~ (paprika, cumin, fresh minced garlic, olive oil, dash of vinegar, salt, pepper) ~ cover in lemon slices (1 lemon) ~ seal with foil ~ bake at 425 degrees for at least 45 minutes ~ let rest ~ eat it up! ~
