EXCELLENT burger bun recipe. Make sure you knead the dough thoroughly if you don't want the buns to fall apart, but they are a good size and have great flavor. Highly recommend. (Also there's a burger/slaw recipe on this site that I may test later.)

Cold, pressed, Italian style: Slice a thin baguette lengthwise, spread with pesto, add your choice of ingredients (a really good salami and cheese, green tomatoes, fresh leafy greens, etc.), wrap tightly in parchment paper and tie with strings. Let this sit in your fridge for at least a day, and eat!
