Faux barnwood accent wall in powder room bathroom - Bought different width poplar 36" boards and 4 different stains (natural, grey, ebony and chestnut). Stained all the boards different colors using a faux barnwood technique where you basically dry brush on the ebony for grain and texture and then stain over it with a color. Then I dry brush painted white over some of the boards. Put them all up using different lengths and put a trim on the edges to clean it all up.
