Weight loss journal....I like this idea with a comp book..not sure mine would be as busy but the scrapbooker in me is thinking of ways to make a fun food journal with pics and quotes and such...must try this. I love to handwrite things, not sure tracking on my phone would be my best...no where to make notes and track my feelings and such.
Ok, seriously this is some intense motivation. To me, training is never over. I have a hard time keeping it up once I reach my end goal. Now I'm just trying to focus on seeing overall gradual progress and making myself better all the time physically and emotionally!
