      Skinny Fries: 1/4 cup grated parmesan - 1/4 cup egg whites - 1 medium zuccini, rinsed and thinly sliced // Preheat oven to 425. Whisk egg in small bowl, place zucchini slices in eggs (cover completely), put in ziplock back with cheese, and shake well. Coat cookie sheet with cooking spray, bake zucchini fries for 15 mins, or until cheese is slightly brown. 2 servings, 92 cals per serving [via Amy Cotta]
