Salmon is very good for you - good protein and healthy fats. This is my favorite recipe either in the oven or on the grill. I prefer to drizzle olive oil on top rather than butter for a little extra healthy fat. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed. Salmon in a Bag - Tin foil, lemon, salmon, butter (or no) , salt and pepper - Wrap it up tightly and bake for 25 minutes at 300

Salmon in a Bag - Super easy, which is what I prefer with fish dishes. Can't wait to try this, since I've never cooked salmon before.
