30 1 1/2 pounds unpeeled large shrimp, large

3 Bay leaves
1 head Garlic
1 Lemon
2 Onions

Condiments

5 dashes Hot pepper sauce

Baking & Spices

2 tsp Allspice, whole
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
5 Cloves, whole
1 tbsp Coriander seeds
2 tsp Dill seeds
2 tbsp Kosher salt
4 tsp Mustard seeds, yellow
1 tsp Peppercorns, black
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
