Crockpot Thai Peanut Chicken Recipe for 4: 2lbs, skinless chicken breasts 1 small red or orange bell pepper, sliced 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced 1 white onion, chopped ½ cup chunky peanut butter 1 Tablespoon lime juice ½ cup chicken broth ¼ cup soy sauce 2 Tablespoons of honey 1/4 cup crushed peanuts for topping Place pepps and onions on bottom of crocpot (so chick doesn't dry out). Add chick. Mix PB, lime juice, broth, soy s and honey. Pour sauce over chick. Cook low for 4 hours.
