    Love this exercise; it helps because it targets the foots optimal arch-up posture which can temporarily improve the way each foot feels. Unfortunately because we live in gravity, a person’s body weight forces the arch back down pretty quickly unless they’re wearing a custom calibrated foot orthotic designed to cradle the foot in this corrected arch-up position. An orthotic helps each foot transition optimally between pronation and supination allowing the foot to heal. Thank you.
