California Salsa: 2 ripe avocados cut into chunks, 3 ripe plum tomatoes chopped, 2-3 tbsp chopped red onion, 2 tbsp chopped cilantro, juice of 1/2 lime, pinch of garlic powder, and salt/pepper to taste... Combine and serve :-)
