Wild Mushroom Bisque. Similar to Zupas. I did make this. I added the whole pint of cream=1cup. I would also not just puree 3/4 next time but pulse the last fourth to have small mushroom pieces which I think would be better. Wish I had a recipe for french fried onions to clone Zupas. Also get some bread to dip in this soup, heavenly.
Traditional Polish Wild Mushroom My dad and I would go into the woods searching for wild mushrooms for my Babci to make this soup. I don't know how he knew not to pick the poisonious ones, but we never got sick
