I need to remember this, Don't fake being okay. You only hurt yourself. Be real with what you're going through, just don't let it consume you. Balance.

This is garbage. It is possible to control one's feelings. Most often my feelings are the result of things I percieve, and perception is more often wrong than not. Feelings are the first response to stimuli, and very irrational responses at that. So the next time you have a meltdown or go postal on someone, thank your feelings, when you really should just keep your mouth shut and learn all the facts first.
