Pain can alter normal breathing, which in turn makes pain worse. Sometimes I notice I'm unconsciously holding my breath. It's then I remind myself to "just breathe." I just took a deep breathe after reading the statement above, and thought "How amazing that someone else does the same thing."

spoiler alert - it's all going to be ok - great reminder when feeling dramatic/overwhelmed because things always work out

Every story has two sides- if you never cared to ask my side of it, then don't judge me. If you knew my story, I wouldn't look so crazy anymore. End of story. (Thought this was deep- me)

Breathe By Leo Babauta Breathe. If you feel overwhelmed, breathe. It will calm you and release the tensions. If you are worried about something coming up, or caught up in something that already happened, breathe. It will bring you back to the present. If you are moving too fast, breathe. It will remind you to slow down, and enjoy life more. Breathe, and enjoy each moment of this life. They’re too fleeting and few to waste.

Three Simple Rules in Life. 1) If you do not GO after what you want, you'll never have it. 2) If you do not ASK, the answer will always be NO. 3) If you do not step forward, you'll always be in the same place.

Need to remember this!-- this is one of the hardest parts of dealing with Lyme Disease, you're trapped, unable to go out & do things & have FUN. I miss LIVING!!!
