    Blueberry Cupcakes with Blueberry Cream Cheese Frosting: frosting: 1 c butter, softened 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1.2 oz (34 grams) freeze dried blueberries, pulverized in a mini food processor 3-5 c of confectioners sugar;In a large mixing bowl, mix butter until it is softened and uniform. Add cream cheese and beat together until it is uniform. Add pulverized blueberries. Add 3 cups of sugar to the mixture and mix. Add more sugar if necessary. Mix again until mixture is creamy and spreadable.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Cupcakes

blueberry + chocolate cupcakes: blueberries, chocolate, ganache, and a sprinkling of unicorn dust, I'm sure. I made these years ago for a friend's birthday. They looked lovely, and they're so... fresh looking even though it's chocolate, which doesn't exactly scream fresh to me.

Butter Beer Cupcakes! LOVED IT!!! I make these whenever I can...recipe sounds complicated, but really, it is easy...and totally worth it!

Paleo blueberry muffins/cupcakes - site in hungarian. 15 grams of almonds, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1tsp vanilla extract, 4oz of honey, 4 oz coconut oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 8 oz blueberries. Grind almonds until fine powder. Mix remaining ingredients saving blueberries for last. Bake at 175C for 13-15min. Cream/frosting: 1 egg white, maple syrup 40g, 40g blueberries.
