Slow Cooker Bacon-Wrapped Apple Chicken! 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; 1 cup bbq sauce; 1/4 cup brown sugar; 1/8 cup lemon juice; 5 small apples, peeled & chopped; 8 slices bacon. Combine bbq sauce, sugar, lemon juice & apple in bowl. Wrap each breast w/2 slices bacon & place in greased crockpot. Pour sauce mixture over breasts. Cook on low 6-8 hrs or until chicken is done.
