2 cups cooked quinoa, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 2 tbsp honey (or brown rice syrup?), cook the quinoa, add the ingredients and stir well, spread over parchment paper on a cookie sheet and make it nice and flat, bake at 350 for 35-45 mins rotating/stirring every 10 mins...nice!
