  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp stevia
  • 2 tbsp pure pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 scoop vanilla flavoured collagen
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • Pinch cinnamon for topping
  • mix all ingredients in a large bowl using a handheld mixer or whisk, on low speed for a few minutes until thick and fluffy and smooth 🎃 Enjoy 🎃
