1. take cheap vinyl tubing from lowe's/home depot and fill it with glitter/beads/sparkles etc. 2. cut a slightly wider piece and connect the two sides with it. 3. VOILA! a tube bracelet :) Thinking it would make a GREAT birthday party activity!
Up until recently I had never heard of cold porcelain, but this is an inexpensive, non-toxic, and easy-to-work-with material. Despite its name it is not porcelain. It does not require heating since it gets hard by exposure to fresh air. It is a Maizena-based paste, which when dry, is slightly flexible and has the appearance of real porcelain.
