~~The Seven Falls ~ a series of seven cascading waterfalls near Colorado Springs, Colorado. 224 steps by the side of the falls lead to two hiking trails and the banks of the glistening stream that feeds the falls. Seven Falls has been called the 'Grandest Mile of Scenery in Colorado~~
"Rainforest Canyon." Taken in Oneonta Gorge, Oregon. Apparently it's just a few miles east of Multnomah Falls on the historic highway. The hike is great for all ages that can walk and it's about a half mile, but straight up a river and has a cool log jam. The canyon only gets about an hour of daylight to the floor, so if you want any warmth, start the hike at 11:45-12:15ish. There's a giant waterfall at the end, with a pool you can swim in.
