    Super tasty low cal fresh stir-fry! Grab your favorite vegie's and stir fry in a hot pan with just a tiny splash of coconut oil until crisp-tender. Just before they are done toss with 1-2 tablespoons of Toasted Asian Sesame dressing. Serve immediately alone or with brown rice. Variation... Stir fry slices of chicken breast first with some red pepper flakes. When chicken is done, toss in vegies plus a can of water chestnuts. Fabulous for a main dish!

Honey-Brined Fried Chicken Breasts...uses boneless, skinless chicken breasts!

Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and a jar of salsa (2 cups) in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings! - Turned out really, really well! Typical taco flavor, but an easy, good meal.
