    In the mood for joes crab shack but decided to make it myself Crab legs, mussels, shrimp, potatoes, kielbasa, corn, onion, lemon, old bay and of course melted butter for dipping. Cooked it all in a large pot with a bottle of blue moon beer. Family loved it.

LOVE to do this....Crab Boil Seasoning (I use Old Bay) 12 baby red potatoes 6 ears of corn, shucked and silk removed One 12 oz can or bottle of domestic beer 1 medium-size white onion, quartered 2 packages smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 lb medium to large raw shrimp, in the shell (we add red potatoes and sometimes crab legs too)

Crab boil.. Includes crab legs, shrimp, mussels, craw fish, sausage, potatoes, corn, onions, and some cajun seasoning :) num

Mussels in White Wine Sauce with Onions and Tomatoes ("moules marinieres", a classic French recipe using wine, garlic, shallots, parsley and butter and you can add tomatoes....)

The prospect of turning shells into dinner can be intimidating. But today we’re here to take the mystery out of mussels.

Pioneer Woman's Chicken Pot Pie: I made it vegetarian with vegetable stock and Quorn "chicken". Also added potatoes that I had diced and boiled for 10 minutes. Also love to add frozen peas or spinach or cauliflower...whatever veggies I have on hand that sound good at the time :)
