One of the minerals I am lacking is potassium. It plays an important role in electrolyte regulation, nerve function, muscle control, and blood pressure. I can increase my level of potassium by eating foods like bananas, papayas and prunes.
Week 9. This Tuesday I had 24% grains, 10% vegies, 49% fruits, 160% dairy, 87% protien, This is because I ate a lot today and I had a little to much dairy and not enough vegies. Now i really want to focus on lowering my dairy intake.
