week 4 This week on Tuesday, I over achieved my physical activity goal. this is because i do sports for an hour or more per day.I do not think that there is anything that I can improve on.

week 5 this week on Tuesday, I under achieved my physical activity goal. this is because i did not go to swim .I can go for a run after school.

Week 6. This week I have a combination of whole and refined grains; that was 56%.  76% vegetables, 88% whole fruit, 28% dairy, and 40% protein. My physical activity today  I walked 2,287 steps. This week I didn't have enough dairy and protein. To improve this I could have some more meat in my meals at dinner I  like salmon, so I could have that at dinner. To improve dairy I could make smoothies for the morning.

Week 7 physical activity. This weeks steps were way lower than expected, but were 1,520. This week another physical activity would be my sleep. Last night I estimated how many minutes I slept, and it was 600 minutes. That's a lot!

In my food log in the week of November 9th, I lacked getting my full 100% in all food categories. My goal is to higher each section, by eating protein filled vegetables, so I gain vegetables and protein. I will also eat yogurt so I get dairy, protein, and maybe fruit.

Week 6:  This week I got a lot of exercise because I had two soccer games . Next week I am going to try to exercise just as much. It is very very important to exercise everyday. That is why I will exercise everyday.
