Week 6. This week I have a combination of whole and refined grains; that was 56%. 76% vegetables, 88% whole fruit, 28% dairy, and 40% protein. My physical activity today I walked 2,287 steps. This week I didn't have enough dairy and protein. To improve this I could have some more meat in my meals at dinner I like salmon, so I could have that at dinner. To improve dairy I could make smoothies for the morning.
