Baked Apple Doughnuts--normally, this would sound like something to complicated to make. But this is fairly simple/fast with few ingredients and only an 18-minute baking time, so as long as you do the dough early to let it rest 3 hours, it's not too bad. Make it before bed, and in the morning you have doughnuts 25 minutes away!
