Sheppard's Pie/ 6serv 1-1/4 lb potatoes 3 cloves garlic 1 lb grnd beef 2 T flour 4 C frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas) 3/4 C beef broth 2 T ketchup 3/4 C Sour Cream 1/2 C Sharp Cheddar Cook potatoes/garlic 20 min/tender. brown meat in skillet.
