Maple Cream Sauce for Butternut Squash Ravioli- SOOOOO GOOD. It calls for a shallot but I used an onion and lots of garlic powder, also substituted the light cream for half and half. It's pretty runny so I put a 1/2 c of a 1 part flour one part water mixture to thicken it up. I added some garlic salt and oregano for extra flavor. Seriously delicious!
