Sugar Daddy candy sucker with the Animal card wrapper
by emeraldtoys on Flickr
And his offspring, Sugar Babies, lol.
Sugar Daddy - I used to get these at the Skating Ring and at the movies because they really lasted a long time
How long a sugar daddy could last...I would collect the little animal cards inside the wrapper!
Remember Sugar Daddy with the cards inside back in the 60's? Caramel toffee on a stick that cost only 7 cents that would last a full day. If you dropped it in the sandbox, you simply washed it off in a water fountain.
sugar daddy ... "Trick or Treat!" always had it in my halloween candy!!!
still like them, , if I find them...
Lik m aid..that pourable candy that mom always said no to....
Vintage Sugar Egg. My grandma made these every Easter
Pixy sticks. Another memory from youth that would make already hyper kids bounce off the walls
Stuffed Monkey. My grandmother had one of these. I played with him all the time. One of my favorite toys. I loved him.
Vintage Fisher-Price pull toy. The ducks spin their wings and quack. I remember this one. I loved annoying my Great grandfather with its quack.
oh the memories... roller skating on wooden floors...attempting the shoot the duck move and failing miserably while my classmates looped me over and over......
I love the scent of old spice because it is what my grandfather use to wear... what a wonderful memory!
Mom went through a LOT of this, untangling my hair sunday nights after a bath, while watching Ed Sullivan!
Later as a young adult, I sang this to all three of my children when they were babies. Where did all that time go?
On our kitchen wall when I was growing up in the 60's.
Wonder how many bowls of this we ate growing up?
