Crockpot Chicken Enchilada Soup is an easy way to get a meal ready for your family during the long cold winter months. I prefer to leave out the black beans only because I think they are ugly... I would prefer to see another type of bean for contrast, because we do eat with our eyes before we ever eat with our mouths.
CHILI COLORADO BURRITOS 2 lb stew meat 1/2 c tomato sauce 1 Tbsp Knorr's Caldo de Tomate 1/2 tsp garlic powder 3 T chili powder 3 T all-purpose flour 2 c chicken broth flour tortillas & shredded cheese Make enchilada sauce. Place stew meat in 6-quart slow cooker. Cover with enchilada sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred beef.
