so yummy. banana is perfect IMO. have also subbed vanilla extract and almond flour for the protein powder, and have subbed coconut milk and greek yogurt for the almond milk (yogurt to thicken and avoid waste since it was about to expire!)
I made this for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner yesterday and it was pretty yummy. I did add a bit more maple syrup to the dressing as the apple cider vinegar was a bit strong, but otherwise it was delicious.
Bechamel Sauce (White Sauce)--uses evaporated milk. Starter base for homemade Mac n' Cheese-just toss shredded cheese in sauce to melt, add cooked pasta and it's ready. Or put it in baking pan, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350 F until bubbly and browned on top.
