I couldnt agree more, yesterday I was at the gym and there were 2 females who both had on huge earrings and were just there to look cute. They literally did 5 minutes on the bike and then went and used TWO weight machines and left. What is the point of even going to the gym?! Work out, sweat, train! Stop wasting space and machines for the people who actually want to work out!
SO TRUE. I finally have done this...after working long 12 hour shifts in the hospital, I have forced myself to the gym (that is in my apt complex...god I'm lazy) to run at least 20 minutes and do abs everyday. Every other day I'll add in weights for arms or I'll just weight lift instead of running. I can't believe the difference 3 days has made! And I have more energy even after less sleep!!!
