Improve Running Form ... I could have used this a few weeks ago, when I started my running. The short stride thing really does help with endurance/distance.

Fact. I know a lot of guys could benefit from this. Sure it might seem awesome to mess around with girls. Just know whether you're losing someone amazing in the process.

I love this cause it could be about so many things.... Food, stress, your day, negative thoughts... So many other things that seem better after a good run.
