I think this every time I see some girl running or at the gym with a full face of makeup, hair perfectly done, and giggling her way through a workout. SMH!!

I'm trying to get there... although the exercises I do are the same things my guys friends do because we work together. I don't do "girl" workouts.

I do a work out like this just a little different: 100 Rope Jumps 90 Jumping Jacks 80 High Knees 70 Squats 60 Crunches 50 Lunges 40 Push ups 30 Triceps dips 20 Jump Up touch ground 10 Burpies

Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home
